Children's Ministry

Ministry to children was the first area of ministry New Covenant focused on from the beginning. This ministry remains a priority! Many people give much time, energy and prayer to be sure that every child knows how much they are loved by God and others. As you visit the ministry areas you will see that much care and creativity have gone into providing wonderful places of learning and worship.

Each week our Children's Program uses a Bible story, memory verses, puppets, songs, characters, giving of an offering, crafts and games to emphasize the love of Jesus Christ and God's plan of salvation. At an age-appropriate level, children are taught about the fundamentals of God's grace, prayer, love for one another and other teachings consistent with the New Testament. Each child who indicates a desire to make a decision affecting their relationship with God is assigned a counselor who will contact the parents regarding their child's intention, and assist the child in understanding the nature of their decision in light of the scriptures.

We emphasize knowledge and memorization of God's word (Psalms 119:11) and reward children's efforts to memorize scripture.

Nursery

Our nursery is located on the First Floor and if for ages  Birth - 2 Years.

DewDrops

DewDrops is the place on Sunday mornings where children ages 3 - 5 can learn about God's love in a way that is uniquely suited to them. DewDrops have fun playing and working, discovering Jesus

Treasure Island

Treasure Island is always an adventure of fun and learning for grades 1 - 5 on Sunday mornings at 10:00 and Wednesday Evenings at 6:30. Hop on board, explorers, and cast off to Treasure Island here!
